Reaves loves doing things like Daddy, but thank goodness he likes doing one thing like Mommy…reading. “Book” was one of his first words. Frequently it takes a while for Reaves to go down for a nap because he is pointing at his bookcase and repeating “book”. We bought him a blue corduroy chair from Target. He can now climb up in it by himself. He’ll grab a book, climb in his chair and read. When he’s finished reading that book, he’ll repeat “book” until you hand him the one he wants to read next (I’ll be so happy when he can actually talk and say what book he wants).
