Beef Kabobs

Tonight for dinner I made the best beef kabobs I have ever had. The Piggly Wiggly did not have pre-cut kabob meat, so I bought a London Broil and cut it into cubes. I used the following recipe (doubled it) and marinaded the meat for 4 hours. I quatrupled the recipe and marinaded the vegetables for 30 minutes – 1 vidalia onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 zucchini, 1 large container of uncut mushrooms.

1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt (I used Lawry’s)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 cup Italian dressing
2 teaspoons lime juice (I used a fresh lime)
